Australian Fair Trading Terms

Warranties will apply as standard in Australia, as set out by Australian fair trading terms and conditions. It is Scuba Imports responsibility to provide a good problem free service. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to provide all details required to ensure that Scuba Imports may provide the service required of it.


Your purchase details are strictly confidential and no part of your transaction will be discussed. All credit card transactions are done through a secure internet system which is designed to protect you. None of your details will be shared, sold or transmitted to anyone outside of this purchase.

Product Availability

DiveTub strives to maintain adequate levels of stock, In the unlikely event that your product is unavailable you will be informed of any lead time's that may incur and be given the option of an alternative or a full refund.

Your Contact Details

It is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure they have entered all mandatory fields correctly. DiveTub is not responsible for lost or incorrect delivery of equipment due to entering of incorrect shipping address, the purchaser is responsible for any extra cost incurred to retrieve or redirect parcels.

Online & In Shop Equipment Refund Policy

If you find or decide that you no longer require the any item of equipment and require a refund, you are required to return the Item within 14 days of purchase in an as new resell-able condition, ie, unopened and undamaged condition, along with the original purchase receipt. Where an item is to be found defective or damaged during shipping and cannot be repaired or replaced a full refund will be issued. All returns are at the expense of the purchaser.



All shipping is dispatched by the next business day. Where a product is not in stock, the purchaser will be notified on the next business day of an approximate delivery date. Orders up to 5kg will be sent by Australia Post, once the item is ready for dispatch you will be sent a tracking number. Oversize orders will be shipped using the most cost-effective courier service. If you prefer to use an alternate shipping company – please notify us at the time of placing your order.


Gift Cards Gift cards / vouchers

Are treated as cash and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. Gift Cards / vouchers may only be used for purchases in DiveTub store and online and cannot be returned or exchanged for cash. Cards / Vouchers cannot be used to purchase gift vouchers – if used for this purpose the original expiry date will apply. Gift Cards / Vouchers must be used by its printed expiry date. Expired Cards / vouchers are non-refundable. After a voucher has expired, it is no longer valid and all transaction attempts will be declined. Any unused value at the date of expiry will be lost. Card / Voucher is non transferable. The expiry date is clearly displayed on all Gift Cards / Vouchers.
