Только 48 процентов пациентов с туберкулезом и ВИЧ в Регионе и 54 процента в ЕС и ЕЭЗ, которые начали лечение туберкулеза в 2021 году, были полностью вылечены от этого заболевания.
Для того чтобы ускорить работу над достижением целей ликвидации туберкулеза, ВОЗ и ЕЦКЗ рекомендуют расширить масштабы работы по активному выявлению и лечению ранее пропущенных случаев туберкулеза, обеспечить доступность профилактического лечения, а также полноценное внедрение современных, коротких и состоящих исключительно из пероральных препаратов схем лечения.
