Revamp Your Career with Top-notch Training Courses in Nikolayev Region by Denmark, Poland, and the UN
Программа развития ООН (ПРООН) в Украине при финансовой поддержке правительств Дании и Польши организовала новую серию трехнедельных профессиональных курсов для переподготовки взрослого населения Николаевской области. С учетом потребностей местных работодателей были выбраны четыре специальности.
Обучение проводилось в профессиональных учебных заведениях. Благодаря щедрой поддержке правительства Дании прошли курсы для лаборантов по химическому и бактериологическому анализу.
При финансовой поддержке правительства Польши студенты прошли обучение по следующим профессиям: электромонтер по освещению (Николаев), младшая медсестра (Николаев), плодоовощевод (Андреевка).
Трехнедельные курсы включали теоретическое и практическое обучение, для которого ПРООН и партнеры закупили необходимое оборудование и расходные материалы. 78 процентов выпускников уже работают по тем профессиям, которым обучались.
Создание возможностей трудоустройства – одно из главных направлений деятельности ПРООН по восстановлению Украины. По данным организации, на сегодняшний день почти половина населения получает поддержку в рамках тех или иных программ соцзащиты.
«Наличие постоянной работы является предпосылкой для стабильной жизни на родине и шансом внести свой вклад в послевоенное восстановление. Поэтому Дания рада поддержать курсы переподготовки, которые позволят жителям Николаевской области вернуть свои позиции на рынке труда», – сказал Оле Эгберг Миккельсен, посол Дании в Украине.
Постоянный представитель ПРООН в Украине Яко Силье отметил, что положительный опыт проведения краткосрочных курсов подтверждает актуальность этого формата для переквалификации и трудоустройства.

«Благодаря щедрой поддержке наших партнеров и систематическому сотрудничеству с местными работодателями и учебными заведениями ПРООН успешно организует обучение соответствующим профессиям», – сказал он.
«Уровень занятости выпускников составляет от 67 до 100 процентов, что отражает высокий спрос на эти специальности. Постоянные усилия ПРООН направлены на содействие возрождению пострадавших от войны сообществ в Украине всеми возможными способами», – добавил Силье.
В ООН также сообщают, что 1 апреля 2024 года в Снигуровском лицее Николаевской области начались курсы по подготовке женщин-трактористок, которые продлятся шесть месяцев.
С начала полномасштабного вторжения России в Украину ООН в сотрудничестве с международными партнерами содействует профессиональной переподготовке взрослых в различных областях Украины. На сегодняшний день более 1000 человек приобрели новые навыки, востребованные на рынке труда.
