Ее продукция полюбилась не только жителям Молдовы, но и пользуется успехом за ее пределами. Горшки называют «умными», так как изготовлены с применением инновационных технологий, позволяющих обеспечить поливку без участия человека.
«Ухаживать за растениями в таких горшках легче, воду добавлять необходимо реже, а система позволяет обеспечивать водой корни, если цветок не любит поверхностный полив. Кроме того, система определяет необходимый объем воды и время, когда нужно добавить влаги», – объясняет Андрей Урсу, сотрудник компании.
Благодаря качеству продукции эта молдавская фирма успешно конкурирует с иностранными производителями. «Мы всегда стремились попасть на рынок Германии. Для этого мало предлагать хороший продукт, надо добиваться репутации надежного партнера. Раньше мы посещали выставки, что способствовало продвижению, но пандемия заморозила все эти усилия», – говорит Урсу.
Проект ПРООН UNDP/AdTrade помог «Сантино» экспортировать свои умные цветочные горшки в Германию. Сотрудники компании получили возможность участвовать в тренингах, выставках и находить новых партнеров.
«Нам помогли понять специфику рынка в Германии, и таким образом наши усилия, начатые пять лет назад, увенчались наконец успехом. Мы получили доступ к рынку, и зарекомендовали себя на Amazon Germany. Мы подписали контракт на участие в крупнейшей международной выставке в области садоводства», – пояснил сотрудник «Сантино».
Компания самостоятельно обеспечивает весь цикл производства, начиная с дизайна и заканчивая упаковкой и транспортировкой готовой продукции. Особое внимание уделяется устойчивости всего процесса. Так, многие материалы проходят обработку на собственном предприятии «Сантино» и используются повторно. Кроме того, для успешного сотрудничества с европейскими партнерами необходимо обеспечить стандарты упаковки.
«Благодаря проекту ПРООН нам удалось преодолеть все трудности, связанные сперва с пандемией, а потом и другими кризисами, попасть в поле зрения наших партнеров и развить свой экспортный потенциал. Мы наблюдаем рост, причем ускоренными темпами», – говорит сотрудник «Сантино» Андрей Урсу.
